The program aims to support the Botswana economy, fostering long-term talent development and brand exposure for young and emerging graduates, while furthering sustainability and diversity and inclusion in the diamond industry.

Economic Growth AcceleratorOur Economic Growth Accelerator is a year-long hybrid programme with an in-person and virtual offering, focusing on supporting businesses to accelerate growth through leadership development and intensive entrepreneurial support. Circular Economy IncubatorThe Circular Economy Incubator (CEI) brought together 25 South African women ecopreneurs (an entrepreneur focused on creating and selling environmentally friendly products and services) with early-stage businesses to advance the circular or green economy mandate. #CEI2021 aims to develop the women founded businesses in the circular economy and provide entrepreneurial incubation & mentorship support.

Africa Innovation Fellowship 2021Since 2019, the Africa Innovation Fellowship has been supporting women-owned STEM innovations across sub-Saharan Africa. Africa Innovation Fellowship (AIF) 2021 kicked off in November 2021 with virtual sessions focused on idea and business incubation, leadership development and networking. Followed by five months of personalized virtual support with regular check-ins and milestones.

Global Grand Challenges Summit Student Collaboration Lab 2019The Global Grand Challenges Student Collaboration Lab was an innovation hackathon which took participants through imagineering, design and business development culminating in the opportunity for teams to attend the Global Grand Challenges Summit from the 16th – 18th September 2019 in London. The programme brought together students from the United Kingdom, China and United States of America to stimulate and encourage working cross–culturally and across various disciplines through a programme of challenge-led innovation, providing the tools to respond to global challenges in transformational ways.

Africa Innovation Fellowship 2019The Africa Innovation Fellowship (AIF) 2019 programme brought together 25 African innovators who have early stage engineering innovation or start-up. AIF 2019 aimed to develop the talent pipeline for future cohorts of the Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation.

WomEng Southern Africa FellowshipThe WomEng Southern Africa Fellowship is a premier programme for top engineering and technology students in their penultimate or final year of undergraduate or full-time post graduate year of study. The programme developed leadership, innovation, well-being and employability skills required by young graduates to succeed in the engineering and technology industry and beyond. WomEng Southern Africa Fellowship has been run annually since 2006.
