The programme aims to accelerate growth through leadership development and intensive entrepreneurial support, it is a year-long leadership and business development opportunity for South African women entrepreneurs with an early-stage mining business or start up looking to grow, scale and prepare to be investor ready.


The Women in Mining cohort are placed along various aspects of the value chain offering a variety of activities and services that tackle the barriers of gender in the mining sector and add value through driving sustainability, cutting edge-technologies and revolutionizing the industry at large.
