Hema Vallabh

Hema has a diverse and unique set of skills ranging from being a social entrepreneur, leading and growing a global social enterprise; being a trained engineer, practicing locally and abroad; as well as being a certified ontological coach and a noted international speaker and facilitator. She is an avid gender advocate and also serves as a diversity & inclusion specialist, providing advisory and informing policy at various levels. Hema is currently studying towards her Executive MBA at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her passion for the work she does has resulted in a number of accolades in recognition of her leadership. These include being branded as a “Change-Maker” by Oprah Magazine and a finalist for the CEO Most Influential Woman in Africa Awards. She is a Vital Voices Global Leader; a member of the African Leadership Network, a community of dynamic and influential leaders in Africa; and a member of the World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO) committee for Women in Engineering and Capacity Building. She been named as one of South Africa’s Inspiring Fifty Women in Tech, a fellow of prestigious Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship, and winner of the Fortune/Goldman Sachs Global Women Leader’s Award. However, it is not these accolades that define her, but rather the impact that she has through her work.

Naadiya Moosajee

Leading on Innovation at WomHub, Naadiya has a variety of experiences from technical engineering, leadership development, management consulting, innovative education curriculum development, executive women leadership development and entrepreneurship. Most recently she has been developing diversity and inclusion strategies for multinational companies globally. She is passionate about developing robust and innovative education systems preparing people for the future of work, fostering growth, diversity, inclusion, leadership & prosperity in emerging economies and engineering better societies.
Naadiya is a Global Future Council Member with the World Economic Forum covering Gender, Education and the Future of Work, a renowned speaker, and in 2014 was named as one of the “Top 20 Young Power Women in Africa” by Forbes Magazine. Naadiya serves as an advisory board member for the University of Cape Towns’s Faculty of Engineering, is Chair of the Board for the Tom Queba Memorial Fund, and the MMI foundation, and is an emeritus board director for the International Youth Foundation working on youth leadership, employment and entrepreneurship globally as well as emeritus board member for Pegasys Strategy and Development. She is an Aspen New Voices Fellow. |
Anjani Harjeven

Leading on Operations at WomHub, Anjani's experience built over 20 years’ across Africa, Europe and Asia includes facilitation, advisory and delivery roles with a focus on enabling value creation and generation for individuals, teams and organisations. She is a Change Leadership expert who has spearheaded the running of commercial leadership, entrepreneurial and leadership development programmes. She has also led advisory initiatives in the areas of scale and growth in business, skills and capability development, change management, talent management, and culture change. Anjani is energised by people development and the human potential journeys that are possible in rapidly changing environments across markets.
