Women in Circular Mining
WomHub, in partnership with the Finnish Embassy, has launched the Women in Circular Mining Programme, a programme designed to support and equip female entrepreneurs within the mining value chain to adopt and implement circular economy principles in their businesses. Through targeted training, mentorship, and access to funding and market opportunities, the programme aims to build the capacity of women-led businesses, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth within South Africa’s mining sector. Participants will gain exposure to the latest trends and best practices in circularity, business model innovation, and sustainability, while benefiting from direct engagement with industry experts, investors, sector leaders and participating at the Mining Indaba activities in Cape Town.
