Manoko Selolo is a visionary environmentalist and the driving force behind a sustainable revolution. Armed with a BSc Degree in Water and Sanitation from the University of Limpopo and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management from UNISA, Manoko boasts a remarkable twelve years of expertise in the environmental and water sectors. Her passion lies in crafting innovative solutions for water, sanitation, and waste management, making her a trailblazer in the field.

Manoko's extensive experience spans diverse projects in the provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga, as well as, international ventures in Mozambique and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Her hands-on involvement in compiling Water Use License Applications aligns with the provisions of the National Water Act, while her adeptness in preparing Environmental Impact Assessment Reports adheres to the stipulations of the National Environmental Management Act.

Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Manoko is the founder of a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to plastic reuse. This venture focuses on manufacturing recycled products that not only contribute to the reduction of environmental impact but also serve as a sustainable alternative for both plastic reuse manufacturers and the broader public. By championing the reuse of plastics, Manoko is at the forefront of driving positive change, creating a ripple effect that extends from local communities to a global scale.

Additionally, she brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in the real estate industry. Her skill set includes expertise in Sales, Investment Properties, Management, Financial Assistance, and working with First-Time Home Buyers. Notably, she is a specialist in Sub meter installation. Lerato holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations Communication/Image Management from the University of Johannesburg.

Ngwanalaka Group Holdings, established in 2020, stands as a female black-owned conglomerate of companies with a mission to connect the world.

Within the electrical sector, Ngwanalaka Group Holdings provides unique services by supporting young female electrical professionals through their practical training, enabling them to graduate successfully. Heather Tuffin is a former medical doctor who has transitioned into a human systems expert. Drawing from her extensive experience as an improvement scientist in healthcare, she possesses a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills, ranging from human health to organizational health. Heather's expertise lies in enhancing existing systems and innovating new ones. Recently, she made a significant decision to resign from her role in healthcare, redirecting her focus towards exploring alternative economic, land, healthcare, and other models that promote dignity and sufficiency for everyone.

Heather is a multipotentialite, thriving on connecting seemingly disparate issues and organizing them in ways that create a win-win-win configuration. Her approach centers around ensuring that solutions benefit all parties involved, embodying the principle that if the answer isn't a win-win-win, the optimal solution is yet to be found. She takes joy in discovering the unique qualities in people and actively contributes to unleashing and utilizing their full, glorious potential.

Heather's current venture involves bringing a self-sustaining Urban Regenerative Agriculture model to Cape Town, addressing some of the region's entrenched social problems.

This Regenerative Urban Farming model holds the promise of delivering numerous benefits to individuals and groups who may not even be aware of their mutual needs. Heather's organization acts as a catalyst, designing and iterating with these diverse groups, ultimately creating a platform for them to work synergistically towards their individual goals. Her vision reflects a commitment to regenerative practices, social collaboration, and creating sustainable solutions that address both environmental and social challenges.

Additionally, she is a proud member of the Women Creating Wealth cohort 2 by Graca Machel.

Her venture focuses on supplying firewood and producing briquettes utilizing waste from trees, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Mapula's business operates as a one-stop convenience energy solution, offering customers a comprehensive range of products and services.
