PD Prosper (Pty) Ltd

PD Prosper is a highly specialized company in the gas sector, offering essential services including gas pipeline design, installation, maintenance, audits, and gas awareness training. The business experienced a major breakthrough after joining a WomHub programme, with revenue surging from just over R100,000 to over R500,000 achieving a sustainable payroll and creating one new job. A key development for PD Prosper was the launch of Gas Brand, an LP gas reseller franchise that moved from concept stage during the WomHub programme to actively onboarding two new entrepreneurs.

Phumzile's expertise is continually advanced through programs like the GIBS Advanced Diploma in General Management and the Cherie Blair Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme, alongside demonstrating industry leadership by speaking at the LPGSA (Liquified Petroleum Gas Association of South Africa) annual summit/workshop.

Manufacturing Expansion: The company expanded its manufacturing capability by buying 2 new CNC machines and strengthened internal systems towards the implementation of ISO certification by December.

Strategic Growth: Too-See Engineering formalized a joint venture in KwaZulu-Natal and has positioned Too-See Group Africa for scale, impact, and global collaboration.

International Recognition: The company has been selected for the DTIC–GIZ "Partnering in Business with Germany" exchange initiative, building international partnerships that support women-led industrial enterprises.

Industry Recognition and Advocacy
Too-See Engineering has been consistently recognized as a leading woman-owned engineering SME through continued participation in the Barloworld Siyakhula and Sasol WomHub programmes. Additionally, the founder received a nomination for the BRICS Women in Leadership Programme 2025.

Women in Engineering (WomEng) Eswatini

This bio summarizes the impact and achievements of Women in Engineering (WomEng) Eswatini, focusing on program delivery, community outreach, funding, and recognition.

Women in Engineering (WomEng) Eswatini is dedicated to educating and developing women and girls in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The organization focuses on holistic support across the entire engineering skills pipeline.The organization runs two key programs:GirlEng Club: Established in 2025, this 10-month training and mentorship programme educated 100 high school girls (aged 15-18) who were interested in pursuing STEM careers. The girls were trained on various STEM topics, including careers and business opportunities, and all 100 students have initiated their path towards becoming professionals in STEM.

Circles Programme: Launched in three higher educational institutions in Eswatini, this program involves 1,000 female STEM university students and seeks to mentor and prepare them for the workplace.

Funding, Growth, and Recognition WomEng Eswatini has achieved significant operational milestones and recognition for its work:Financial Support: The organization secured funding of $2,310 from the Central Bank of Eswatini and subsequently hired 10 new employees. National Awards: WomEng Eswatini was recognized as "Mentor of the Year" by the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) in Eswatini for its work in developing women and girls in STEM. Leadership Recognition: The organisation was recognized as a "Women of Impact in Leadership" by the Wom-Pact Forum for its outstanding contributions in the STEM field and commitment to leadership, excellence, and positive impact. WomEng eSwatini has educated 1,000 girls about STEM.
